HEATED YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Yoga Meditation (Sunday): A stretching class focusing on posture, breath, flexibility, relaxation, and restoring the mind, body, and spirit. Designed for those who prefer a slower and gentler pace.
HYoga (Monday): Poses are held 10-20 seconds in a heated room around 95F. Benefits the entire body while promoting strength, balance, and flexibility.
Power Flow (Tuesday): The class uses the sequences in Ashtanga Yoga. Working on a group of postures known as the Primary Series and adding challenging poses, like crow and inversions, as we develop our practice. Done with the room at 85F we build the heat within as we challenge the core and arm strength.
Fusion/Sculpt (Thursday): A blend of the Hatha and the Vinyasa styles. Sculpt complements the regular yoga practice by pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Athleticism meets yoga!
Soothing Yoga (Friday): This class is a Yin Yoga Class, targeting the ligaments, fascia and tendons, working into joints and connective tissues. Poses are held for a length of time, relaxing the body yet focusing on the target area and letting the mind find stillness. A slow, still, and meditative class in a room less than 90F.
